Solar panel, batteries, controller and LED lamp are integrated into one body. Direction of solar panel can be adjusted without influence on lighting angle of LED lamp or vice versa. LED lamp can be controlled through time-delay, and also can work at half power. It can be designed to be powered by public electricity when it runs out electricity stored in batteries, which will lengthen its working time at night.
